Actors Siddhant Chaturvedi and Malavika Mohanan are set to come together for Yudhra. The project is backed by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s production house, Excel Entertainment.

The first-look poster of the romantic action-thriller was released today, February 15, along with a teaser. The poster shows Siddhant Chaturvedi in an edgy avatar with a gun in one hand and a lollipop in another.

The second poster of the film attempts to show the romance between the two leads, Malavika Mohanan and Chaturvedi.

Along with the two introductory posters, a teaser for the film was also released. Featuring both Siddhant and Malavika, the promo promises an action-packed ride with doses of romance and drama infused in it.

Actor Siddhant Chaturvedi, whose breakout film was director Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy, shared the teaser on his official Instagram profile. His caption read, “Jo maut ko apna dost bana le, vo hai #Yudhra.

Malavika Mohanan also shared the posters and the teaser on her Instagram profile. Her post read, “The yin and yang of #Yudhra.

The project, co-produced by Kassim Jagmagia, has been written by Farhan Akhtar and Shridhar Raghavan. Akhtar has also written the dialogues of the film along with writer Akshat Ghildial.

Yudhdra will be directed by Ravi Udyawar, who has a feature film like the Sridevi-starrer Mom to his credit. It is slated to release in the summer of 2022.
